本公司创建于1998年1 月.是按照国家中介机构脱钩改制的精神,经改制在国家工商管理部门注册,具有独立法人资格的工程造价咨询中介机构.于2001年"中华人民共和国建议部2001年28号公告"认定执业资质为甲级,资质证书编号为:甲011106212。2002年7月经财政部经济建设司审查,资格预审合格,已将我公司列入财政部投资评审中介机构库。 本公司的员工大部分来自设计及施工单位，从事过国家大中型工程项目的项目建议书、可行性研究、各阶段设计、施工及工程造价管理,具有扎实的专业知识和丰富的实践经验.我公司现有员工110人,其中具有注册工程造价资格的48人,注册建筑师3人，注册结构师3人,高级工程师56人。同时我们还聘请有较高声誉的各行业技术专家作为顾问,参与公司的业务建设。 According to the gist of State policy that an intermediary organization should be cut ties from goverment, the Beijing Zhang Yu Heng Ye Engineering Cost Consulting Co., Ltd . {Herreinafter refer to the Company}was reorganized in Jannuary 1988. The majority of employee in the company was come from design or construction units . Most of then have engaged in many large and medium size projects for the preparation of advising . feasibility study . stages and detail design ,administration of construction and engnineering cost.they have profound expertise and rich experience.The number of existing workforce in the company is 110. Among them,48 of them are registered appraisers,3 registered accountants and 56 senior engineers.The rest employees have medium grade professional title as well .
